Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
