Vegan Frosted Chocolate Cookies

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are soft. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, spread a generous layer of vegan frosting on top of each cookie. Enjoy!
