Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in plant-based milk and vanilla extract into the sugar mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
