Vegan Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil and brown sugar until smooth.
- Stir in plant-based milk and vanilla extract into the sugar mixture.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
