Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and finely chopped rosemary.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
